engaluru (Karnataka) [India], February 8 (ANI): Ramkumar Ramanathan and N Sriram Balaji, two Davis Cup players from India, will compete in the doubles competition at the Bengaluru Open 2024. Their singles performances in Islamabad contributed significantly to India's commanding victory over Pakistan.
Ramkumar has brought together with huge serving countryman Saketh Myneni, while Balaji has collaborated with Germany's Andre Begemann for the occasion which will run from February 12-18.
In 2022, Ramkumar and Myneni won the doubles championship. With a combined rank of 278, Balaji (WR 78) and Begeman (201) will be the third-seeded team in the 16-team draw. Myneni (WR 107) and Ramkumar (WR 210) are the 6th best group as far as their consolidated position of 317.
The highest level group in the occasion will be of Frenchman Dan Added (WR 91) and Korea's Yun Seong Chung (WR 167). They rank 258 all together.
Dan Added has 11 twofold challenger titles surprisingly and might want to add one more. He was in enormous structure in 2023 season, in which he won eight of those 11 Challenger occasions.
